Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items back into their original boxes, ensuring boot soles are protected and all western wear tags remain securely attached.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
